In most cases — such as products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing — you do not need to send the item back. Simply provide us with photos or videos as evidence, and after analyzing your request, we will proceed with the refund or replacement process if approved.

If you wish to physically return your item, it must be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging). Please contact us first at visionlucent@gmail.com — returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at visionlucent@gmail.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a return under our policy.
